Travis Shaw's recruitment is coming to a close. The coveted defensive tackle prospect has set an announcement date of August 21.

I’m hopeful that the Tigers can pull him in, but for some reason I feel like he is headed to UNC. Don’t ask me why, but I feel like he wants to be the guy, rather than one of the guys. Just a feeling, and I really hope I’m wrong, but guess we will see soon. Let’s go Tigers!

Three more flips to UNC today. Definitely wouldn’t count us out yet, but these guys aren’t flipping for no reason. I would guess Shaw set his commitment date with the plan of announcing for the Tar Heels. The question is whether or not he’s going to hear our final pitch.
