Is there a back story to the reported Tiger offer to Cincinatti, Ohio 2023 hs athlete Jermaine Matthews jr, who has already committed to Ohio State? Any particular reason to think he might flip to Clemson? Seems he had previously committed to uof Cincinnati also? Is he a cb, s, wr or what?

I am trying to dig into that tonight. He's listed as an ATH by some services but plays corner if I am not mistaken. Clemson is only taking one more corner this cycle.
