2023 LB target Jamal Anderson is set to announce a commitment on Monday.

Anderson picked up his offer from the Tigers back in March when he unofficially visited for one of the Junior Days. He is the son of former NFL RB Jamal Anderson Sr. and in total, he has well over 30 offers, with schools like Miami, Penn State, Southern Cal and North Carolina all having offered at some point.

He was back on campus last weekend, as he was one of more than 30 players to take an official visit. He then visited Utah during the week and was supposed to visit Michigan State this weekend. Both of his parents attended Utah, so the Utes were a primary contender in this thing.

Looking at the roster for the upcoming season, Clemson looks to be getting faster and more athletic at linebacker and Anderson would certainly fall into that category. He was an all-state selection in Georgia last season after a phenomenal junior campaign, and he's really started to trend Clemson's way of late.

Expect the Tigers' recent recruiting momentum to continue when Anderson announces on Tuesday. He would be the first linebacker take in this class, with Clemson expected to sign a minimum of two, possibly three.

Projection (2-2 2023, 12-13 all-time): Clemson
