2023 WR Tyler Williams Sets Commitment Date, Names 5 Finalists

2023 WR target Tyler Williams has named his five finalists as well as a commitment date.

The blue-chip wideout from Florida is set to announce a decision on September 27 and will be choosing from a group of five finalists consisting of Georgia, Clemson, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Texas A&M.

Williams has been one of the Tigers' top targets at the position since picking up an offer back in January after he attended one of the program's junior days. He was back on campus the first weekend in June for the big official visit weekend. He has also taken officials to A&M, Georgia and South Carolina, with plans to use the fifth one at Ole Miss.

Has he given positive feedback from the June 3 visit weekend that indicates Clemson helped themselves with him. Florida recruiting just hasn't seemed right recently. By the way is this the same place that Bowman came from?

Yes, same high school as Bowman. I think UGA is holding all the cards right now
